Cucumber Yogurt Salad Recipe

Cucumber Yogurt Salad

Ingredients

2 cucumbers, peeled, quartered lengthwise, then sliced
Plain yogurt, about 1 cup
1 teaspoon dried dill, or a couple of teaspoons of fresh dill
Sprinkling of salt and pepper

Preparation

Use freshly picked cucumbers that are picked before being overly ripe for best flavor. If you fin the taste of the cucumber to be bitter, soak for thirty to forty five minutes in salt water, then rinse and dry before preparing the rest of the salad. Mix the ingredients together adding salt and pepper to taste.
